1. Introduction
Welcome to JP Olympia Table Tennis Academy. By enrolling in our academy, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure the safety, professionalism, and smooth operation of our programs.

2. Enrollment & Fees

• Enrollment is open to players of all skill levels and ages, subject to available slots.

• All fees must be paid in advance on a monthly or quarterly basis as per the selected package.

• Fees are non-refundable except in cases of academy-approved special circumstances.

• The academy reserves the right to adjust fees with prior notice.

3. Code of Conduct

• All students must respect coaches, staff, and fellow players at all times.

• Any form of misconduct, including harassment or bullying, will result in disciplinary action, including possible expulsion.

• Proper sports attire, including non-marking shoes, is mandatory during training sessions.

• Players must follow the instructions of the coaches and adhere to safety guidelines.

4. Training Sessions & Attendance

• Students are expected to attend sessions punctually.

• Absence due to medical or personal reasons must be communicated in advance.

• Missed sessions will not be compensated unless approved under exceptional circumstances.

5. Health & Safety

• All participants must declare any pre-existing medical conditions before enrollment.

• The academy is not responsible for injuries sustained during training; however, first aid will be provided if needed.

• Students are encouraged to have personal accident insurance.

6. Equipment & Facility Usage

• Academy equipment must be handled with care. Any damages caused due to negligence will be chargeable.

• Players must maintain cleanliness and discipline within the premises.

7. Competitions & External Events

• Participation in tournaments will be subject to the coach’s approval.

• Players represent JP Olympia Table Tennis Academy and must exhibit sportsmanship at all events.

• The academy is not liable for any external event-related costs unless explicitly stated.

8. Photography & Media

• The academy may capture photographs or videos during sessions for promotional purposes.

• If a participant does not wish to be included, a written request must be submitted in advance.

9. Cancellation & Termination

• The academy reserves the right to cancel classes due to unforeseen circumstances, with make-up sessions scheduled when possible.

• Any violation of academy rules may result in suspension or termination of membership.

• Parents/guardians must notify the academy in writing if a student intends to withdraw from the program.

10. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

• JP Olympia Table Tennis Academy reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

• Updates will be communicated through official academy channels.

By enrolling in JP Olympia Table Tennis Academy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
