At JP Olympia Table Tennis Academy, we strive to provide the best training experience to all our students. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we have outlined our refund and cancellation policies below to ensure transparency and fairness.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy for Coaching Programs
Cancellation Before the Session Starts:
If a student cancels their enrollment before the session begins, a 90% refund will be provided. The remaining 10% will be deducted as an administrative fee.
Cancellation After the Session Begins:
If a student cancels within the first 7 days of the session, a 50% refund will be provided.
No refunds will be issued after 7 days from the start of the session.
Missed Classes:
There are no refunds or carry-forward options for missed classes due to personal reasons.
If the academy cancels a class due to unforeseen circumstances, a make-up session will be scheduled.
B. Private Coaching & One-on-One Sessions
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full credit to reschedule the session.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will result in a 50% deduction of the session fee.
No-shows without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
Entry Fees for Competitions and Tournaments are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the academy or the governing body.
If a player is unable to participate due to injury or illness, a refund may be considered upon submission of medical proof.
Defective or Damaged Products:
Any table tennis equipment or merchandise purchased from the academy can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
Non-Refundable Items:
Used or damaged items due to personal misuse will not be eligible for a refund.
Custom-made or personalized equipment cannot be returned unless defective.
In the rare case that JP Olympia Table Tennis Academy cancels a program or session due to insufficient enrollment, facility unavailability, or other operational reasons, students will receive:
A full refund OR
The option to transfer their fee to a future session.
All approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of request.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during registration.
JP Olympia Table Tennis Academy reserves the right to modify this refund and cancellation policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via our official website and email notifications.
